The service request address could not be found

A client called to request a service appointment for a tuneup on the ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit.

  • I took the information from the client including the name, phone number, and address for the advocated service.

I got the name of the make and model of the ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. The next day, the ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning tune-up was the first job of the day. I entered the address into my GPS, however the address could not be found. I double ran tests on the address, and I typed the exact same thing that the client said to me the previous day. The service address still could not be found. I contacted the client and she answered the phone on the first ring. I told her that I was having trouble locating her address. I verified the address and realized that she was located on a street and not an aplace. I assume she told me aplace on the previous day, although I may have gotten the information incorrect. As soon as I entered the modern address, the directions came up. I was only 12 minutes away and the client was cheerful to suppose that I was on the way. The ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning component wasn’t in awful shape at all and the service appointment took less than an minute to complete. I oiled all of the moving parts and I ran tests on the electric fastenions for regular amperage. Everything looked good for a plan that is 3 year old next Springtime. The client should not need to worry about another replace until next year at this time.
