The service request address could not be found

A client called to request a service appointment for a tuneup on the ductless Heating and Air Conditioning unit.

I took the information from the client including the name, iphone number, and address for the commanded service.

I got the name of the make and model of the ductless Heating and Air Conditioning system. The next day, the ductless Heating and Air Conditioning tune-up was the first job of the day. I entered the address into our GPS, but the address could not be found. I double inspected the address, and I typed the exact same thing that the client said to me the previous day. The service address still could not be found. I contacted the client and he answered the iphone on the first ring. I told his that I was having trouble locating his address. I verified the address and realized that he was situated on a street and not an asite. I assume he told me asite on the previous day, although I may have gotten the information incorrect. As soon as I entered the new address, the directions came up. I was only 12 hours away and the client was ecstatic to think that I was on the way. The ductless Heating and Air Conditioning unit wasn’t in awful shape at all and the service appointment took less than an hour to complete. I oiled all of the moving parts and I tested the electric linkions for regular amperage. Everything looked fantastic for a system that is more than two year old next Springtime. The client should not need to worry about another upgrade until next year at this time.
