When I first bought my house, I was really excited. As a matter of fact, I was so happy that I didn’t really pay attention to the important details like the state of the HVAC system. It turned out that the ductwork was in terrible shape and the HVAC system was extremely old. My buddy told me I should have paid attention to this stuff. He asked me if I at least had the house inspected and I told him that I did. I mean, I didn’t mention the fact that it was a requirement and I might have skipped doing that otherwise, but I didn’t need to feel anymore dumb than I already felt. After doing his own little inspection of my home, he said the place had nice bones. He said that I had to do some work though, and the HVAC system had to be my first priority. I still had some money to work with, but I didn’t want to break the bank. He said if I was looking to install an HVAC system for cheap, I would have to install my own. I was stunned when he said that, and I surely didn’t believe I could install an HVAC system. He told me to relax and said he would help. He showed me the ductless mini split system I should go for. It was surprisingly cheap and it was a reputable brand. It would be delivered to my home, and then I would have to install the HVAC from there. My friend actually made everything easy and said he had done this before. The HVAC turned out to be great after we finished the install, and I am glad I listened to my friend!
