Moving online company to an office space

When I purchased an online SEO company I decided to leave everything as is, the former company owner told myself and others that the workers were great at what they did, then he said it was cheaper to have everyone work from home.

The only company expenses I would have is paying the workers to supply the products I am selling… Well I hastily realized the downside to having people work at home, but you have no plan if they are absolutely laboring.

There is no accountability. The only way I could ensure that my workers were doing their job 9-5 was either scheduling tons of conference calls or making everyone share their screen; Nobody liked that plus it ruined our efficiency, however i then decided that I needed to get a company space. I looked all around plus O did manage to find an office space for rent. I got a big enough company space that everyone has an office, there is a big conference room, supper section plus more than one lavatory. The company space is absolutely absolutely modern plus swanky too… All the furniture is high end plus of great quality. I never have a complication with the water, electricity, heating or cooling. I worried at first my workers would resent coming into work… Surprisingly everyone was happy to absolutely go into the office. They liked dressing up, talking to each other plus having accountability. The office vibe was absolutely what everyone was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with my company now.
