She has surveillance cameras showing an exterior view of the property plus can check the real-time stream anytime from his phone or tablet. There are motion activated lights around the perimeter plus glass breakage sensors on all of the windows, plus our mom now has access to a panic button. If something should go wrong, whether he gets disfigured or is afraid of whoever has shown up at his house, he simply pushes that button plus the typical authorities get notified.
