Improving respiratory health with help from Heating and A/C

Sometimes it takes something bad happening to give some good. This is tploy in a lot of areas of this life. I suppose this past year, I have found some positives from one of the worst years of my life. Having been stuck at cabin in the air conditioning system for the past year, I have had to make a lot of adjustments. While I am quite thankful to have a locale care about a nicely Heating and A/C tested cabin as my refuge, it has not been self-explanatory. Due to a chronic health condition, I had to take every possible precaution in order to avoid this virus. So that meant staying at cabin all the time unless I went to the grocery legitimately first thing in the afternoon. There was no going to the office with its zone controlled Heating and A/C. And I couldn’t gather with friends either. Working from cabin was something that I finally got accustomed to but it came at a price. My income took a large hit because the bonus structure I count on was eliminated. However, in all of this, I did find something to build on. This pandemic got me to learn a lot more about strengthening my immune response. I l gained that unbelievable indoor air quality has so much to do with that. There are a great multiple airborne contaminants that are attacking our respiratory system. This drags on the immune plan as it has to always argument off the attacks. I found that by simply changing the type of Heating and A/C air filter, I could help my immune plan substantially. So now I have HEPA type air filters which trap and unfasten over 99 percent of those harmful, airborne contaminants.
