For the longest time, I have been working repair in an house building.
I have an okay relationship with the owner of the building plus she pays myself and others to make sure everything is working properly plus the renters’ complaints are addressed… One of the biggest issues all of us have is troubles with the HVAC systems.
While I am a repair professional, I’m not legitimately an HVAC professional. I have told the owner numerous times that she needs to have actual HVAC professionals come out to provide tune-ups for the HVAC systems in the building because that was something I was not able to do. I was able to wash them out plus make sure the air filters were changed, but that was about it. Eventually she listened when there were a lot of complaints in the building… Unluckyly, the HVAC professional determined that multiple of the HVAC systems were shot plus had to be replaced. The owner was not easily ecstatic although I got him to look at the bright side. I said the renters would be much happier plus more comfortable. On top of that, they would save money on the energy bills with a current HVAC system plus there would not be tons of breakdowns plus complaints. She finally decided to go for the HVAC replaces in the building plus things have been running relatively smoothly ever since. I’m glad that she legitimately listened to what I had to say instead of just ignoring our advice. This is why I don’t mind this job because all of us are able to get along plus the spend money is pretty good.
