The electric gas furnace shut down in the middle of a snowstorm in a lake house in the mountains

After a hectic few months of work, I decided to take up our holiday afternoons and unwind at our lake house in the mountains.

I was planning on being completely split off from our ‘busy’ world since there was no cell reception in the cabin.

I was to spend the long holiday weekend up at the cabin. It had been a absolutely tied up Winter time for myself and others and though most people in our circle were busy, I decided to do this trip solo. I was not certainly uneasy about warmth as the lake house was fitted with a gas oil furnace and an electric heater. It also had an extra radiant gas furnace in case of emergencies. The weather conditions control used was high tech and I was able to regulate the temperature even before I got to the premises, but when I got to the cabin, I was welcomed in by the warmth within the house. The indoor air cleaning idea had a new filter that ensured air within the lake house was fresh and clean. The rep had done a new cooling install a few afternoons before I came and she had also completed the boiler repair after she performed a thorough quality AC service. My first night at the cabin, there was a snowstorm that put out the power, burning the heating device. I was in the dark and cold, I luckily found an aged oil gas furnace that I used for warmth! Because there was no cell reception, I could not call the heating corporation to send a tech who knew more about Heating & Air Conditioning systems than I did. I survived the night and in the afternoon, I managed to drive up to the friend who was an experienced heating representative.
