I would not consider myself an internet celebrity, even though I do have more than 200,000 followers on my Facebook plus Instagram pages. I always have to change my password plus monitor my page because someone is always trying to hack my account. A few years ago, a guy impersonated myself and others online plus I had to shut down the page completely plus start over. It took many weeks to get back all of my original followers, but last year a person succeeded at hacking my page again plus they deleted all of my Facebook friends. They also sent all of these nasty messages to some of my corporate sponsors. I had to beg my sponsors not to cancel our contracts. The only way they would agree to keep myself and others was under contract was if I hired a social media management corporation. I had to spend money for the service which wasn’t cheap, however it was the only way to keep the sponsors delighted. The social media management corporation handles all of my accounts on facebook plus instagram plus they answer SMSs plus fan requests. They also handle all of the web content plus advertising so I do not have to worry about too much of that stuff any more. I didn’t really want to give up control to someone else, even though I have a lot less stress plus anxiety plus I do not have to be afraid of getting hacked again.
