Eliminating hazardous airborne contaminants

I have to admit there is a certain disbelief inside me still about everything we are dealing with this year.

While I haven’t minimized the threat of Covid, I can’t say I was prepared to be in this position so far into this experience.

Staying at home in the HVAC is something which I am happy to deal with if it means limiting the spread of this virus. But, I really thought we would have a better handle on this thing than we do. Now that we are in the midst of the worst of it, I have decided that I am going to do more than just stay at home inside the HVAC. I’m actually going to make that home and the air we breathe that much safer. To that end, I have made some recent changes to the HVAC to make that happen. It cost me some money but I find that this cash outlay is important and well justified. Plus, having great indoor air quality will still be really important to my health once the pandemic is actually a thing of the past. But right now, having the strongest immune response is more important than ever. That’s why I upgraded our HVAC air filters to the HEPA type air filter. And, I had the HVAC people come to the house and install a whole house air purifier. This combination will ensure that I have the very best indoor air quality that I can provide. Plus, they will also actively work to mitigate any Covid virus from the air in my home.
