Our finances are going in the wrong direction

It feels as though our finances should be moving in the other direction.

I thought the longer you worked, then the better your financial position.

My case has been almost the reverse. For the last 16 years or so, our budget has been pretty severely limited. We lost a lot of money during the last recession and it never came back to us. That includes a really good Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. Now, I am working from home in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort of our house. Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C is important to me. That’s because I really love soaking up as much Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C as I do an additional gig for work online after our normal task hours. It’s as though I am sitting in front of the computer in my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C all day. But our HVAC became a target for cost breaking as well. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C costs in Winter are nearly nothing as it is so mild here then. The rest of the time, the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C costs can be considerable. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling has to run from mid March until November. Yet, it’s the stretch of summer time that takes the largest bite out of our wallets. We try our hardest to be sure that we aren’t really over cooling our home. Both of us even programmed the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C temperature control to rise as the heat builds outside in the daytime. I even installed solar drapes in order to stop the sun. My husband and I do draw the line at being sweaty or uncomfortable in our house though. We’re excited to save as much as all of us can on Heating, Ventilation, and even A/C costs. We definitely won’t sacrifice our Heating, Ventilation, or A/C comfort that we have to have.
