The thermostat in my office isn’t working, and I am pretty upset about that.
I have only worked for this particular company for about three years, and I have had so much trouble with them that I just might find a new job.
I was told that they were a great company to work for, but I think I was misinformed. Almost all of my coworkers hate working for this company just as much as I do. Now, my thermostat in my office is not working, and the manager has basically just ignored me about it. I have left her two messages on her phone saying that the thermostat isn’t working, and I have tried to tell her in person that the thermostat in my office isn’t working, but she has done nothing. No matter how many times I try to bring the thermostat issue up to her, she just brushes it off like it is nothing. My office was eighty-four degrees today, and it was terrible. I was so hot the entire day, and it made for a miserable day of work. The air conditioning in all of the other offices is working, so that is why I think it is my thermostat rather than an air conditioner issue. I wish so badly that I had air conditioning in my office once again. It has been over a week now that my thermostat has not been working, and it doesn’t seem like I will be getting the thermostat fixed anytime soon. I am going to try and call someone above my manager today to see if they will help me get my thermostat fixed.
