Thankfully, I decided not to buy that house, and I went with a house that did have central air conditioning.
The house that I planned to buy didn’t have central air conditioning. The fact that it didn’t have central air conditioning was actually one of the main reasons that I decided not to buy that house. The fact that it didn’t have air conditioning was not the only reason that I decided not to buy the house, but it was the last thing that really made me decide to go with a different house. I was walking through the house, and I absolutely loved the layout of the house and the design of the house, but it was so stinking hot in the house that I could barely enjoy looking at it. I had been used to air conditioning in my previous house, so going from having central air conditioning to not having central air conditioning would have been quite an adjustment for me. I honestly don’t know that I would have taken not having air conditioning very well. I probably would have spent a ton of money to get a central air conditioning system installed in that house. Thankfully, I decided not to buy that house, and I went with a house that did have central air conditioning. It was a good decision in the end because I found out later that the house without air conditioning actually had several other things wrong with it that I would have had to pay to fix. I am just so thankful that I have air conditioning in my new house. That other house was so nice, but it would have been a pain to live in because it didn’t have central air conditioning.
