Starting up a freelance heating and cooling repair business

My sister was always the brainy one in the family, and by that I mean that she was the first member to ever graduate high school.

She then became the first member of the family to ever attend college.

It was a community college, and she took night classes while also working full time, but there was no doubt she was going places. Going to a 4 year college to chase a degree about esoterics was just not in her DNA, so she stayed close, she studied hard ,and she learned a trade she could instantly parlay into a good income. HVAC work has been in demand for years, and this trend shows no signs of slowing down, if anything demand is increasing! Especially with this recent pandemic, which has been making a lot of people rethink their indoor air quality and air purification efforts, now the best time to get in the game. She was finding it hard to get a good job with any of the local HVAC companies, who seemed to only want her for clerical work. She would not accept that ,and so starting freelancing and taking cash jobs for local heating and cooling repairs. Word spread quickly, because she was smart and fast, and tended to charge around half of what the big guys charged. Within weeks she was making a good living, and a few weeks after that those same HVAC companies were calling her and offering her positions with them. I’m not sure if she will accept an offer, or keep doing her own freelance HVAC work.
