To me, it’s sort of a measure of self respect to be perfectly honest. I have a bunch of friends who treat their stuff rather poorly plus it shows. That’s just not something I can get my head around. Why would you pay for something only to misuse plus abuse it? Same goes for our property. Our beach house is not only a place of security plus comfort, it protects us on top of that. So, I do my best to protect it. We just purchased modern HVAC equipment this year. I am thrilled to have something so modern plus technically advanced. Not only is the HVAC equipment toward the top of the line, it is a single one of the most efficient on the market. That pretty much means that I had some learning to do about how best to care for it. Of course, the people I was with and I immediately signed up for the HVAC service plan. Regular repairs was what allowed our last HVAC equipment to last over 20 years without any sort of serious repair. Plus, I constantly like to have the HVAC equipment pro come out plus provide the gas furnace a solid once over in the fall. Then, I had them come out to repair the HVAC equipment prior to starting up the A/C equipment for the warm season. In my education for our modern HVAC equipment, I basically learned that a key way to preserve plus protect the HVAC equipment was to place a hard cover on the outside unit while I was in the frosty season. This is something I should have been doing this entire time!
