He takes the unit apart & completes a thorough inspection. Any worn or broken parts are fixed or substituted. He makes sure wires are officially connected, motors thoroughly lubricated, belts in great shape & refrigerant charged. I’ve also added a whole-home whole-house air purifier to help capture airborne particulate. The whole-house air purifier traps over 90% of bacteria, dust, dander, mold spores & even eliminates unpleasant odors.
