Tornados are a pain in the rear

I live in the midwestern part of the united states of america here. And while I love the lifestyle and the climate most of the time, when we have our tornados this is the main drawback of living in this region. Tornados can kill people of course, and they can also damage your property. The last tornado we had totally killed my central heating and air conditioning system actually. There is this big tree in my backyard and the tornado knocked the tree down and it came crashing on top of the central heating and air conditioning system unit! It totally destroyed it and I had no air conditioning or heating. And this time of the year I needed my air conditioning obviously. I was so happy that I had an HVAC service plan with my local heating and air conditioning company. This protected me from something like this happening and I was able to get a replacement heating and air conditioning system without having to pay a cent. This was all covered under the HVAC service plan that I pay two hundred dollars a year for. I knew someday this HVAC service plan was going to come in handy which is why I kept paying that amount every year for the last 2 years. So if you look at it a different way, the brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system cost me four hundred dollars. That is how I see it. So if you live in an area like this with tornados, I highly suggest looking into getting some kind of HVAC service plan!
