Artisan loft rental perfectly suits the needs of my hair salon

When I was finally ready to start up my own hair cutting business, it was a challenge to figure out a space.

Huge retail buildings for rent wanted too much money. I wasn’t thrilled with the look of office space rentals. I also couldn’t afford that high rental pricing. Giant complexes or small office buildings just didn’t satisfy what I was picturing for my salon. I then got lucky when I started looking at artisan lofts for rent. A loft made me think of an apartment. I’ve learned that an artisan loft can be used as a home. People often set up their TV, bed and kitchens in these lofts. Some businesses use artisan lofts as well. I have seen galleries rent artisan lofts for the purpose of showcasing a new artist’s portfolio. I have seen an artisan loft used as a small coffee shop. I got the idea to make my hair salon fit in an artisan loft rental. I found the right size option, ideal location and affordable cost. I have sufficient space for two hair cutting stations and a manicure area. I also have a bathroom and a front desk/waiting area. That is all I require for my little salon. I had funds leftover since I avoided building from scratch or investing in an expensive rental property. I purchased high end tools, equipment and furnishings. I hired a pair of hair stylists and a manicurist for my staff. I can’t wait to have my grand opening. Thank goodness I came across a loft for rent in the perfect spot. My salon is just perfect for my needs.
