I recently purchased a smart control component after a neighbor told myself and others how much money it’s saved his each month.
She has a sizable lake house & said that she’s saved about $200 a month since purchasing his smart control unit. Smart control units can save you money because you can set rapidly adjusting temperatures on your control component from your cellphone & you can pre-program rapidly adjusting temperatures as well. This is helpful because you can increase/decrease the temperature based on when your family is home, instead of just keeping the a/c or heat at a steady temperature all day. I have a fiance & more than one adolescents. All of us have a unquestionably scheduled schedule so I program the smart control component to match our schedules. In the summer, our fiance & I labor & our adolescents both go to camp. I set the a/c to 72 degrees in the morning for when both of us get ready between 7 & 8 am, & then I programmed it to go up to 73 when both of us leave for the day. The temperature will drop to 74 when both of us get lake house from labor & camp & eat brunch & will go to 74 degrees while both of us sleep. The adjusting rapidly adjusting temperatures allow us to save money because both of us are not keeping the a/c at a super low temperature throughout the whole day. My family has no plan I have control of the smart control component however the good thing is they don’t even notice that the temperature swings because they guess comfortable. This is a win win for all the people & both of us save money.
