My older brother’s home smells so awful all the time plus I can’t sit it; It’s gotten so awful that most of the time, I refuse to even go plus visit him; He says that he has basically gone blind to the smells, though.

If the heating or the a/c kicks on, the smell quickly comes flooding through the air vents to the point where it’s almost too strong to handle. I don’t assume what he needs to do to get the smell to go away, but I decided to do a little bit of research on 1 of our favorite online Heating plus A/C blogs to see if there’s anything I can do to help out, and well, the first thing I read up on was changing the air filters in his Heating plus A/C system, and changing the gas furnace filter plus the a/c filter absolutely helps to get rid of some old, stale smells that might be stuck anywhere in your ventilation system. The blog later mentioned getting your air duct professionally cleaned by an Heating and A/C air duct specialist! Apparently, professional air duct cleaning is the way to go and I’m just going to have to insist that our sibling gets his Heating plus A/C dealer out to his home to get it done at an early date. I still have my hopes up that having his ventilation ducts cleaned out professionally will help with the yucky smells that are constantly hanging around his house. Then maybe I can go plus visit him more often.
