My husband and I had been noticing that our house was a bit warmer than usual for the past few weeks. We really did not think much of it at first. We did not want to make a big deal out of it. We are renting right now, and we are the kind of people that don’t like to bother the landlord about every little thing. We were thinking that it was warmer in the house because it was so hot outside, and maybe, the air conditioner just was not able to keep up. We waited about three weeks before calling the landlord. We let him know that something was wrong with our air conditioning because it was not cooling the house down to the temperature that the thermostat was set to. He told us that he would have someone come check it out as soon as possible. It turns out that the air conditioner was leaking. We ended up waiting another three weeks before the air conditioner was actually working again. It was quite frustrating. Our landlord apologized many times to us, so we tried not to complain to him too much. It honestly was not his fault The first HVAC technician that he hired to fix it ended up falling off of a ladder and breaking his leg. The second guy got really sick and wasn’t able to work, so he finally went with an HVAC company the third time. The HVAC company had it fixed within a day or so. Needless to say, it is really nice to have air conditioning again.
