I labor for a company that builds honestly big house buildings. The two of us have been in the industry for a honestly long time & recently my boss started talking about looking into modern ventures, however my boss mentioned buying an seasoned house complex, fixing it up & then selling the apartments. The building that my boss is looking at is in a great area of the city all of us live in, but it is honestly seasoned & would need a lot of work. However, once the labor on the building was done all of us would be able to sell the apartments for a lot of money. One thing that really stood out to myself and others when looking at the house building was the Heating & Air Conditioning system, or lack thereof for that matter. The building was built in the 40s & doesn’t have any Heating & Air Conditioning air duct. I told my boss the installing Heating & Air Conditioning air duct in the entire building would cost a lot of money, but my boss was still on board, then so, now it’s my job to contact a local Heating & Air Conditioning company & get a quote to have the Heating & Air Conditioning plan installed. I need to find an Heating & Air Conditioning company that will be able to handle the amount of labor it is going to take to have this kind of Heating & Air Conditioning labor done. I have asked a few commercial Heating & Air Conditioning companies in the area to supply myself and others a quote so that I can present them to my boss. I hope that once I find a few Heating & Air Conditioning companies that my boss will want to transport forward with 1 of them!
