PUrchasing Commercial Office Space Means a Lot of Maintenance

My boss’s family and I bought this office building in 2017.

Ever since then, all of us have been responsible for commercial cleaning and repair. The people I was with and I never thought we would have to make so many repairs to the building, because all of us were focused on advertising and customer service. The office building needs some major repairs inside and outside. Now that all of us have some time and currency to be able to get the variations done, all of us are making a list of each individual thing that needs to be completed. The bathroom on the 2nd floor has never worked like it should. Many of the employees have been complaining about the toilet leaking. The roof is soft above the company chop room, and all of us have a small leak in the ceiling. When all of us maintain all of the construction problems, all of us are going to clean, strip, and wax the floors. The floors are disastrous looking. I am thankful that my best friend is the proprietor of a janitorial services company. He is going to provide me a substantial price reduction on stripping and waxing the tile floors. He usually charges many dollars a square foot for floor cleaning, but because we are friends, Zach is only going to charge me a buck per square foot. Basically, I am just paying for the supplies. It’s a fantastic deal for me and Zach makes a little money. After the ceiling and roof are properly fixed, stripping and waxing the floors will be next to get done. After all of the major repairs have been completed, all of us are going to consider serious updates to the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. That will be a project that will pay off in lower heating bills.
