I am absolutely starting to get really ticked off with the evening cleaning staff, and two times this week, I had to empty the garbage can by my desk.
The evening cleaning staff is supposed to pour out all of the garbage cans throughout the office.
There are many cans in my office, however they regularly seem to forget to empty the single in my personal bathroom. I am a single of the only executives with a personal bathroom on the first floor, upstairs, every office has a personal bathroom. I left a note on my office door on Wednesday. The cleaning guy still didn’t take care of the bathroom trash. I do not recognize if he missed the note, however there was still trash filling up the can. They also forgot to dust the plants on Wednesday evening. There is just one thing after another, and yesterday, I found urine in my toilet. I was out of the office all weekend! Someone went to the bathroom in my bathroom and the cleaning staff did not flush it down. My employer uses the same office cleaning company for all of the businesses. It’s a family-owned company. The concern is that all of us never see the owner or his brother, like we used to. They entirely showed up in the beginning; Now all of us have a new guy each week, and half of the cleaning staff do not speak english. That makes it overly challenging to talk with them. I am drafting a letter from everyone on this floor and all of us are going to mail it out to the building owner. The people I was with and I will offer to pay for our own cleaning services, but in return, all of us want to choose the company.
