I couldn’t see a thing

I woke up this morning to the sound of my alarm blaring plus I swiftly slammed my hand down on top of it to stop the sound, but it was 5:00 am plus I had to get up for work. I pushed my blanket off my body plus was right away hit with a chill! The air was entirely freezing. I sighed inwardly plus frowned in irritation. The stupid furnace was busted again. The apartment I live in is outdated plus the furnace always stops working when I need it to. I decided to call my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C provider as soon as they open to have the furnace repaired! Hopefully I can get one of those Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialists out here as soon as possible by early day. Regardless of the cool chill I had now climbing all over my body, I had no other choice but to continue anyways. I threw on some clothes plus headed out to my car, the moment I stepped outside I was meant with a wall of fog. It was everywhere plus prefer a hungry blob it consumed everything in its path. I shoved my way grumpily through the land clouds and sat still in my car. I started the car plus it lit up, but still freezing, I turned on the car heater, and at least my car furnace wasn’t broken. I put the car in drive plus pulled out of my driveway plus on to the road, then I took my daily route to work. The fog didn’t get any thinner, in fact it got thicker. I was making my way through clouds plus I began to worry because how was I going to see anything. The headlights of other cars appeared only when they were close plus they were obscured by the good wall of fog. At last I made it to work, once I made it, I escaped into the overheated building.
