When the Heating & Air Conditioning company showed up, she checked out the entire system, including the air duct. She told me that the proposal was safe to use, but she recommended that I talked to the realtor & have them substitute the heating & A/C unit. She said that both were about twenty-several years old. I wanted to be safe, so I decided to take her suggestion. I told the realtor what our Heating & Air Conditioning company had found & I wanted to have a new Heating & Air Conditioning proposal installed before I moved into the house. The owners refused & I had to either take the apartment as is or walk away. I knew I couldn’t afford to have a new Heating & Air Conditioning proposal installed, so I chose to walk away from the deal. I was ready to kick myself in the butt because I was wondering if I wasn’t playing it too safe. Three nights later, our realtor called & told me the owners wanted to make a deal. They asked if I would be willing to pay half the cost of a new Heating & Air Conditioning system. My dad told me that it was up to me, but she would not do it. Three weeks later, I bought a apartment that had a brand new Heating & Air Conditioning proposal & I knew our baby was going to be safe.
