Buying a small battery operated heating system for camping

My best buddy and I always go camping during the fall, then both of us have been going for 2 weeks every year for the past decade; Unfortunately, this year all of us ran into a lot of issues, our trip kept getting postponed, now all of us are about to embark on our journey, but the nighttime un-even temperatures are going to be much colder than usual! I am not afraid to sleep in a tent when it is cold outside, but I do want to be well prepared.

I decided to go to the camping store to look for a small heater.

I wanted to find a heating system that was safe to use in the tent, and the last thing all of us needed was a bunch of harmful fumes in an enclosed space. The manager at the camping store showed me to the aisle where they had several weird gas furnaces for camping. Some of the gas furnaces looked like a official space heating system and others resembled something particular for camping. I decided to choose a battery operated heater, then my best buddy and I have been camping in a lot of weird places. Some of them have electricity and some of them do not. I knew that a battery operated heating system would help during this trip and other trips in the future, however with only several afternoons before our camping adventure begins, I am easily satisfied with our purchase. I just looked at the weather forecast, and the nighttime un-even temperatures are going to be in the low 40s, even with a sleeping bag and extra blankets, that is still entirely cold at night. The heating system should help make the cold nighttime un-even temperatures bearable.
