When it rains it pours.
On Sunday, there was a really poor smell in my beach house plus I could not find the cause of it.
It was giving myself and others a poor headache plus scented candles did not help… Even when I scrub the entire beach house I couldn’t find the smell even though I did eventually narrow the smell down to my heating plus a/c ducts. That’s when I knew it was time to call out the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cleaners. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C cleaners came out plus found the source of the stench. Apparently a squirrel got into my HVAC duct plus passed away. They cleaned my ducks legitimately well plus then sealed the HVAC duct in order to keep critters out. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C people also installed carbon filters in my Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan to help with the stench, when they were done, the smell was gone plus I was ready to carry on my week, then but then Thursday, my washing machine broke down plus spilled water all over the laundry room plus that leaked into the hallway plus even 1 of the study rooms. That created a huge mess. I pulled up the carpeting in the halway plus now I have to have my carpeting replaced in areas plus cleaned plus others. The floorboards are still wet plus nasty. I am surprised that my beach house still does not smell musty even with all of this water lying around though. I guess those carbon filters must work really well. I just hope that I can find a carpet cleaning plus a carpet laying company that are as helpful as the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company was.
