When it rains it pours.
On Monday, there was a absolutely awful odor in our condo & I could not find the cause of it.
It was giving me a awful headache & scented candles did not help! Even when I clean the entire condo I couldn’t find the odor but I did eventually narrowthe odor down to our heating, ventilation, & A/C ducts. That’s when I knew it was time to call out the Heating & Air Conditioning cleaners. The Heating & Air Conditioning cleaners came out & found the source of the stench. Apparently a squirrel got into our HVAC duct & passed away. They cleaned our ducks easily well & then sealed the HVAC duct in order to keep pets out. The Heating & Air Conditioning people also installed carbon filters in our Heating & Air Conditioning method to help with the stench, and when they were done, the odor was gone & I was ready to carry on our week, and but then Thursday, our washing device broke down & spilled water all over the laundry room & that leaked into the hallway & even 1 of the bedrooms. That created a huge mess. I pulled up the carpeting in the halway & now I have to have our carpeting substituted in areas & cleaned & others. The floorboards are still wet & nasty. I’m surprised that our condo still does not odor musty even with all of this water lying around though. I suppose those carbon filters must labor absolutely well. I just hope that I can find a carpet cleaning & a carpet laying contractor that are as helpful as the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor was.
