I heat and cool my home, all year round, for free. The system even supplements my household tepid water needs. I have reuseed the initial investment in three years. I appreciate unquestionably clean, safe and environmentally friendly comfort. Along with doing my section to protect our natural resources, I benefit from exceptional humidity control, air filtration and quiet sound levels, then with proper service, the heat pump should last upwards of twenty years. The underground loop system could last for a hundred years.
