If you are planning on getting a boiler installed fresh into your condo you need to guess 1 substantial thing… The upgrade time of a boiler could take up to 3 days or longer, it is not a simple 1 morning upgrade like a central heating and air conditioner method is. I was fooled myself when I had a overheated water boiler installed into my condo a few years ago, when the heating and cooling specialists arrived to install it they explained to me that they would be back and second over the next few days. I thought they were joking, then but they were dead serious! So the issue here was I didn’t guess this, but so I needed to take a few days off from my job while the overheated water boiler upgrade was going on. The reason I am telling you all of this is to save you losing unpaid time from your job if you are planning on installing any kind of boiler into your home, and plan in advance and schedule the time off from your job, then especially if you can get paid time off. I am legitimately thrilled with my overheated water boiler though. So in the end this was all worth it. I have actually never had heating in my condo feel this overheated and good before, and my heating bills have also been a whole lot lower too since I had my overheated water boiler, however hot water boilers are a good way to save money! So in the long run, I actually got the money back that I lost from my job for those few days!
