An Old Barn with No A/C

Dwight has been known to be an entrepreneur. He recently inherited a large farm with a barn on the property. The barn had not been used in decades, other than for storage of hay and tractors. The barn had a lovely loft and even a full kitchen. The barn did not have air conditioning. Dwight did not mind this for himself, but he decided to rent the barn out to people for parties and weddings and knew that he would need to have some kind of air conditioning put in. Instead of having an entire A/C system installed in the barn, he opted for portable A/C units. He was able to afford 2 of them. One for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. In the winter months, he would switch out the portable a/c unit for a furnace so that the guests would be comfortable. Dwight ended up being very successful with this business and even got married in the barn. He was able to quit his job and use his earnings from the barn events to make a great living. He and his wife loved to chat with the renters and were amazing hosts. Eventually, they were able to expand the barn and add an additional bedroom and bathroom. They still use the portable A/C and portable heaters to heat and cool the barn. They think that it goes along with the rustic feel that the barn already has.
