I lived in a more than one story lake house for almost fifteen years, plus when my hubby plus I decided to transport to a weird city plus rent an apartment, it was quite the change.
I had to get rid of so much stuff.
It was sort of a good thing though because it made myself and others realize how little I used multiple of the things that I had. They were just collecting dust plus taking up space. All of us moved into a more than one dining room apartment, plus it felt so tiny at first; Our other lake house had multiple dining rooms plus three lavatorys, so it was quite a change for us to move. All of us have lived in the lake house for about multiple months now, plus I guess that I am finally used to it. It is so much cheaper to heat plus cool our tiny apartment, however when I first got the electric bill, I almost fell out of my chair in disbelief. I could not guess how cheap it was. It was literally a third of the price of our heating plus cooling bill for our other house. Of course, it makes sense since the lake house is so much smaller, although I guess it just had to hit me. The only thing that actually bothers myself and others about the lake house is how tepid it gets. I have the temperature control set to sixty-eight degrees, but it is usually around seventy-numerous degrees in the house. I do not guess why. I am going to try to set the temperature control around sixty instead, plus I hope that it will cool down in the lake house a bit. I still would not go back to living in a large lake house just for the cooler temperatures though. I actually love having a low electric bill.
