Nothing better than cheap bills

I can totally expect outrageous energy costs through the Wintertide plus Summer seasons.

Despite the fact that I don’t live in locales as frigid as northern Canada or AK, I can still count on frigid winters year after year.

I make use of my fireplace as often as I can, but I had to give up splitting wood by hand a few years ago after a shoulder injury. With wood supplies in my immediate area simply waxing and waning while demand soars through December till March, I can’t always expect to have timber for my fireplace. That leaves me burning more natural gas to power my central oil furnace. This fuel is expensive in terms of long term use, so more often than not I try to put up with the dire temperatures with more clothing, but this only works in varying degrees. I always love when May comes around every year to mark the final end of Wintertide plus the oncoming Summer season. Sadly, I get only a handful of weeks of Springtime weather before the heat waves set in plus force me to crank down my cooling system every afternoon to stay nice and cooled off. Throughout the year, the only time when I have some respite from constant Heating as well as Air Conditioning use is while every one of us were in the brief Fall season. In my surrounding area, this is properly from the start of September until the first snowfalls in early to mid to late October. My energy costs are always at their lowest plus I know comfortable from the very second that I get up in the morning until I drift back asleep at evening. I just wish the Fall placidity would last me longer than more than five to eight weeks every year.
