Heating our workshop has never been easier

Working on several projects involves solvents and other chemicals that could cause a drastic concern if there were open sparks present

When all of us built our modern garage all of us included an extra room to be used as our workshop. I grew up in a modern home where our dad was consistently building or fixing something and I wanted a space of our own to continue that tradition, however before the build I just had our tools stored in the basement taking up space and I would have to drag them up to the yard to use them to avoid a mess down there. This was not only inconvenient, it limited the time I could work on things throughout the year, but if the weather played a huge area in this limitation. If it was too cold, rainy, or even too sizzling it was difficult to accomplish anything. With our modern space I have everything I need to work year round. Much of this is thanks to the Heating and A/C component all of us installed to supply heat during the long winter. There were several options out there and when all of us settled on a patio type gas furnace several people were shocked. This component is efficient, didn’t cost thoUSnds of dollars, and I am able to turn it on and have our room heated within a few minutes. I also like the fact that there are no sparks as I would have in a wood stove or gas powered burning. Working on several projects involves solvents and other chemicals that could cause a drastic concern if there were open sparks present. The patio gas furnace supplies heat through an infrared panel and it works great. The people I was with and I didn’t have to install any sort of plumbing either because it runs on electricity.
