Customer rating plan – I’m going for number 1

They advocated a odd ventilation service to me, then when I called them, we had no supplier relationship established.

I recently found out that my neighborhood has started a good citizens initiative that includes numerous suppliers in town, then the local suppliers are essentially rating citizens based on their ease of client service; Yeah, I’m talking about reverse review plan where local supplier owners are deciding how reputable consumers are, but isn’t that wild? I believe there has been a number of instances of local suppliers performing services that they were never paid for… As a protective measure, they started banding together & reporting low quality buyers to save the heartaches of unpaid bills. I thought this was an interesting idea, but I am a bit paranoid, and recently, I was trying to schedule a heating cooling & ventilation service appointment with my proper Heating & A/C supplier, & they told me that I was highly ranked in their client system. I was actually happy about this news, until they followed up by telling me that they could not service my exact model of heating & cooling system. They advocated a odd ventilation service to me, then when I called them, we had no supplier relationship established. They were certainly cautious to make the device service appointment with me, because they weren’t sure that I would be a promising client. I tried to reference my original ventilation companies high score, however they weren’t interested in the competition’s rating, and now, I’m having to win over this Heating & A/C supplier just to get my ventilation device service. I’ve been dropping off handmade brownies & preserves for weeks, & mentioning my indoor air pollen levels with every visit. I can’t wait to acquire another numerous star review so they finally trust me.
