I really like the new thermostat system that we got for our home last month, and we had been talking about getting a new thermostat for quite a while, but life gets so busy and the two of us just never got around to it.
We happened to be in the hardware store for some plumbing supplies that we needed for our bathroom, and we wandered down the heating and cooling products aisle.
We noticed that there was a big sale being offered on a new smart digital programmable thermostat system! Since there was such a good deal being offered, the two of us decided to go ahead and purchase the thermostat even though we hadn’t really planned on getting one that day. We went home and my husband fixed the plumbing issue that we were having first, however and as soon as he got finished with that, I handed him the new smart thermostat and asked him to install it too! It was a busy day of home improvements for him, that’s for sure! Once he got the new smart thermostat installed, we read through the manual and set all of the temperature settings the way we wanted them. Now, the two of us can program our thermostat at any time and from any place! As long as you’re connected through WIFI to the app that controls the smart thermostat, you can turn your heating and cooling off or on from anywhere in the world, and it also sends you notifications when it’s time to change your air filters or if you need a Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance check. I just love our new thermostat system!
