One thing I entirely hated growing up when going to university was having to eat lunch at the cafeteria.
The food they had in there was entirely awful.
I always dreaded having to buy my lunch there if I didn’t pack a lunch for the day. But, i entirely enjoyed going into the cafeteria itself because towards the end of the university year, when it would start getting entirely boiling outside, they would have the genuinely best a/c idea in the entire building! The a/c in the main part of the university didn’t entirely work that fantastic all the time, so at times, you would be entirely covered in sweat up a storm trying to combat the heat outside. But, when lunch time came, you could always look forward to cooling off in the a/c. They had a commercial central heating and a/c idea in the university. The heating always worked pretty well, however something with the cooling just didn’t work. A lot of the youngsters used to complain, including me, despite the fact that I guess the university was on such a narrow budget, that they didn’t do anything about it. I mean, the least they coulda done was get a certified heating and a/c specialist out there to fix the commercial heating and cooling system! This was several years ago now, and I bet today at that university, they more than likely have fantastic a/c! With the way HVAC technology has gone, if they didn’t have fantastic a/c, I would be highly surprised and suppose someone would throw a loss suit at them.
