I have been looking to buy a current home for a few years now, but I haven’t found one that I love enough to definitely invest all our hard earned cash into; I wish that I could find a locale because I am fatigued of residing in an apartment, but I am not willing to settle when it comes to buying a home.
I want our home to be perfect… Some people want to buy a home that they have to fix up, however that is not the case for me.
I just want to move into a brand current home that doesn’t have any problems or need any major repairs. One thing I definitely don’t want to have to worry about is the heating and cooling system. So houses don’t have great heating and cooling system and require current homeowners to completely redo the entire heating and cooling system before they can even move into the house. I don’t want to have to know about the heating and cooling system in the home I purchase. I want the Heating and A/C system to be brand current and the best that cash can buy. I just want to make sure that the warranty is great and that I won’t have to upgrade the Heating and A/C system a couple years into owning the house. I think that I sound love I am being definitely picky, but I know that if I am going to spend this much cash that I want everything to be perfect already.
