My family has this entirely cool beach house way back in the woods.
When I say our family, I mean our entire extended family. It has been in our family for at least 5 generations if you can suppose it. However, anywhere along the line, a caretaker is chosen by each generation. My uncle just gave up the position plus now it has come to me. It’s entirely nothing. I’m just the point person for looking after the place. All our siblings, sisters plus cousins pitch in to help keep the outdated place up. It is legitimately a enjoyable situation because every one of us often show up plus get to share time with family every one of us haven’t seen in a while. This happened not long ago while I was in a Winter time weekend getaway. The beach house has no HVAC. There is a wood stove for heat plus fans when it’s hot in the summer. Other than that there is nothing. The wood stove does nice but it has a hard time reaching some of the far rooms. We all got to talking about it plus decided to look into an HVAC solution that would serve us in the Summer as well. We came up with installing a ductless mini cut heating plus cooling unit. We had to have something that did not require ductwork. Plus, getting an HVAC person this far out in the wood would be hard if not impossible. It was easy for myself and others plus our sibling to install. To have supplemental heat plus some cool air in the Summer has made that beach house an even larger treat.
