My grocery store job versus my Mom’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business

In the supermarket, there are several sites to be assigned to.

And while I work in most of the departments, the one I get most commonly is the freezer department, and mainly because no one wants to work in that department.

I generally care about to work in this department, even with the cold. I just usually bring a jacket. Another job of mine is to arrange and organize the different frozen foods in different section, mostly just basic jobs. My Mom’s job is much more interesting, he works as a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional and owns his own Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. I am quite proud of how far he’s come! He came from a poverty-stricken site, but managed to get past that and own a successful business, and I guess that his job will stay in corporation for a long time, since air conditioning and gas furnaces are in high demand. I wish I had a job care about his, his job was actually cool and not boring. But he continually understands my struggle, and tells me that I will just need to work my way up. I sure hope so, because I don’t want to be toiling in a store forever. When I was finally assigned away from the freezer department, my next job was actually similar to my Mom’s, almost as if giving me a taste of a potential future. My job was to sort air conditioning and gas furnace filters; Putting my best foot forward, I tried putting them in the best order, even if I already knew that my taxing effort will go unnoticed, and someone will actually mess it up, but still. I wanted to try hard, as my father did and he went far.
