Sleeping is really hard for my husband! It seems like sleeping would be simple for him since it’s natural for everyone else. However, when he tries to sleep, it feels like he spends most of the night turning and tossing, wishing that he could go back to sleep. He works hard all afternoon, however he still can’t fall asleep easily. There are some things that he tries to do in order to sleep better, but one large thing that he does is set the control equipment to a comfortable temperature. He has a single temperature that he always falls asleep too. When it’s set to this temperature, he’s guaranteed to sleep. He made sure that he invested in a powerful gas furnace plus cooling system. This keeps the temperature even throughout the entire house, which means that he doesn’t have to worry about it. Our control equipment is set up to control the gas furnace and our cooling system at the same time. This is great because when our house gets too cold, our gas furnace kicks on. If our house gets too warm, then our cooling system kicks on. My husband can unquestionably tell if there is something wrong with our HVAC equipment, because he will turn and toss all night long. Our HVAC unit helps him sleep because of the sound that it creates. The sound helps him to block out the rest of the noises in our house, which makes it nice. He can’t sleep without the perfect cooling system settings.
