The family tends to make complaints that the only time it’s easily comfortable in our dwelling is when the windows are open. A year ago, I decided to take away the heating and cooling appliance seasonal service plan. The system had a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech coming to my dwelling twice a year to perform preventive service. However, the group of us had never suffered any sort of breakdown so I thought I might save some money by doing away with it. Then the furnace went down two days before Christmas. Maybe that budget cut wasn’t such a good move after all. The price I paid for the emergency service call was more than I had paid in service for the last couple of years. Take it from me, spending money on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance service will truly save you money in the long term. I wish I had been smart enough to take my own advice.
