My wife and I are very excited to move into a new house.
We can’t stop thinking about everything we are going to get in our new house, and my wife is most excited about a new HVAC system.
The HVAC system in our house is very old and my wife tells me all the time that she is not happy with the HVAC. My wife really wants heated flooring, but I have told her that we can’t afford an HVAC system like that. I talked to an HVAC technician and he told me that the best time to install radiant flooring is when the house is being built, and he told me otherwise his suggestion would just be to go with a ductless mini split system. My wife likes the idea of zoned heating and cooling so she was on board for a ductless mini split system idea. So far we have been looking at many houses and they all seem to have very outdated HVAC systems. I don’t understand why someone wouldn’t upgrade the HVAC system before trying to sell it. It seems odd that someone wouldn’t want the best HVAC system while the house is on the market. Sometimes people really makes no sense to me, but all I know is that I am going to get my wife an amazing HVAC system. I know that she really wants a smart thermostat so I am going to make sure I install a smart thermostat in our new home. If you have never seen a smart thermostat you should really check it out.
