Living in a small neighborhood has more upsides than one may think. Whenever I have visitors, they consistently ask myself and others how I’m not just bored out of our mind. Granted, there is zero night life & very not a great variety of other businesses. I assume if I was into all that other stuff, it would seem boring to live here. I lived in the city for numerous years as I was starting our work. But, I very never felt care about I fit there. It was just so much & all the time. Plus, cities can be very impersonal places. So, when I moved to a small town, I felt right at home. I know the names of our neighbors. The names of those I trade with are even right there on the tip of our tongue. I care about that. My HVAC corporation is a great example of this dynamic. When I first got here, I had to update the HVAC unit. I knew this when I obtained the beach apartment so was able to kind of get a steal because the seller didn’t want to update. The HVAC corporation was awesome as they got myself and others all squared away. They are the only ones I deal with. Their maintenance program has allowed the HVAC component to be at its best. Then they just went to extra mile. I offhandedly remarked that our mom was getting the worst HVAC service. It sucked because I felt helpless to assist because all of us live so far apart. Well, the owner of our HVAC corporation took it upon himself to find a reputable HVAC dealer in our mom’s area. I couldn’t guess it.
