At the beginning of every single Summer, I have my central heating and air conditioning system tuned up by my local HVAC professional. I have this planned every single year, and I never miss an HVAC appointment. Well, this year when it came time for the annual seasonal HVAC tune up, I was a little short on funds. My local heating and air conditioning company normally only takes checks. For some reason, they never dealt with credit or debit cards when it came to HVAC home services. Only for HVAC installation and heating as well as cooling product purchases. I have been a customer of this local heating and air conditioning company for several years, so I asked before hand if they would allow me to pay for the heating and air conditioning system to be tuned up with my credit card, as a one time only sort of thing. Much to my surprise, they local and very friendly heating and air conditioning company would allow it! They said that because I had been a customer with their HVAC business for such a long time, they would make a special exception in my case. I was so overjoyed about this, because otherwise, I was going to have to skip my heating and air conditioning tune up this year! They said I couldn’t do it again any time soon, but if the same problem came up next year, they would allow it again. That is what I call top customer service! I would recommend this heating and cooling company to anyone after that.
