My property owner is horrible about getting back to me when I call him.
- I like to guess I am not a tenant that calls all of the time.
The only time I make that horrible cellphone call is when something in my lake house is really bad. I called the property owner about the roof leaking plus it took the woman months to call a supplier. It’s her roof, so if the lake house is ruined, who cares? I then called about the dryer no longer laboring in the laundry room. The woman still has not gotten back to me. I thankfully was able to deduce the service on my own. My newest 1 is that the air conditioner in my lake house is horrible. The cooling idea hardly works. I set my control device as low as it can go, plus I hardly recognize the AC. I thought it was a dirty air filter, lack of refrigerant or a clogged condensate drain. I did all I could to deduce plus repair the A/C repair. Nope, I still have inferior AC. I finally called the property owner plus she has still not done anything. I am dying in my lake house with exhausting air conditioner, but eventually greater problems will stem from this. Without official AC, moisture will be in the indoor air conditions. The moisture then will allow mold to grow. The mold can damage the walls plus ceilings, but again, it is not my house. The property owner putting off the A/C service is stupid. The cooling idea will also get worse plus worse the more she ignores it. No air conditioner repairs itself.
