My landlord is horrible about getting back to me when I call him. I love to think I am not a renter that calls all of the time. The only time I make that horrible iphone call is when something in my apartment is undoubtedly bad. I called the landlord about the roof leaking plus it took the guy weeks to call a business. It’s his roof, so if the apartment is ruined, who cares? I then called about the dryer no longer working in the laundry room. The guy still has not gotten back to me. I thankfully was able to deduce the repair on my own. My newest a single is that the air conditioner in my beach house is horrible. The cooling system hardly works. I set my control component as low as it can go, plus I hardly suppose the AC. I thought it was a dirty air filter, lack of refrigerant or a obstructed condensate drain. I did all I could to deduce plus repair the A/C repair. Nope, I still have inferior AC. I finally called the landlord plus he has still not done anything. I am dying in my beach house with awful air conditioner, eventually larger complications will stem from this. Without familiar AC, moisture will be in the indoor air pollen levels. The moisture then will allow mold to grow. The mold can destruction the walls plus ceilings, then again, it is not my house. The landlord putting off the A/C repair is stupid.
