There’s a tradition in the suburbs where I live that should be certainly regular to anyone living in planned communities: grass care! Our village takes great pride in making itself look presentable plus I care about manicuring my grass plus bushes. There’s a certain sense of delight that I get after a long difficult afternoon of yard work, when I can kneel out by the street plus see a perfect front yard… It’s not necessarily all that straight-forward though, especially in the summer time when the heat plus the rains cause the grass to grow like crazy, and when I let the yard go for too long because I am busy, that has when I have a real project on my hands. That’s also when I rely on the powerful cooling of my a/c to provide me relief after toil is done, then my air conditioner never feels more relieving plus satisfying than when I walk into it after hours of yard work! I never love it more than in that moment. That’s when I plop myself down in a cool plus comfortable kitchen plus think to myself: ”all that repair on the a/c that I paid for was certainly worth it for this!” Heck, I even find it difficult to grumble about the energy bill when I get to like such great a/c. I am still paying for some cool plus refreshing comfort, plus that absolutely worth something! If I did not have great air conditioner to return to, I simply would not be able to do such difficult yard work. I would have to pay someone else for it!
